PRIVATE TUITION AND SMALL GROUP CLASSES AVAILABLE

 

(1)  OIL PAINTING CLASSES – 2018/19

Classes for beginners:  students will begin to explore composition/structure and colour theory in still life drawing using graphite pencils, charcoal and acrylic paint before beginning to construct an oil painting.

Classes for intermediate:  students will expand and develop skills from basic knowledge of colour theory to mixing of complementary colours, content and processes involved with contruction of a painting using oils.

 

(2) PRINTMAKING WORKSHOPS – 2018/19

Etching on board – monotype & acrylic plate

Silk lino reduction – 3 colour prints

 

(3) ARTIST BOOK – 2018/19

sourced from etchings produced by photographs and text.
